Si and Ri both love Palak Paneer and we make that at home quite often. She was doing some cooking for recipes for her school recipe book so we made a variation – Palak Paneer Wraps.
I’ll do a separate post with just Palak Panner and the recipe is the same with a lot less sauce or a lot more paneer in the same sauce!
To make Palak Paneer wraps you can put the Palak Panner in chapattis (like you can see on the pic) or it also works really well with small tortilla wraps.
Some other ways you can enjoy Palak Paneer –
- Palak Paneer stuffed Pitas
- Palak Panner Pizzas – spread on a pizza base and top with some grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes
- Palak Paneer Rice Casserole – mix with some cooked rice, put it in a casserole dish and top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 10 minutes
